Tewkesbury Borough Council has allocated £100,000 from the Government’s Rural England Prosperity Fund (REPF) towards Enhancing Cultural, Historical, and Heritage Institutions.
Who is eligible?
- Registered Charities
- Charitable Incorporated Organisations
- Community Interest Companies
- Companies Limited by Guarantee
- Town and Parish Councils
What will be funded?
You must use the funding on capital projects. This means you must spend the grants on lasting assets such as a building or equipment. Capital grants can cover the following:
- Development, restoration, or refurbishment of local natural, cultural, heritage assets and sites. This includes blue and green space.
- Improvement of visitor experience and accessibility of local natural, cultural, heritage assets and sites. This includes blue and green space.
How much funding is available?
Grants of between £2,500 and £24,999 can be requested, with 15% match funding required from applicants.

The grant application process for 2024/25 funding, which is being administered by GRCC, is now open and the closing date for applicants is 5pm, Monday, 18th November 2024.
Applications for 2024/25 funding can be submitted at any time until the closing date.
