We have several projects working with individuals and families:
- Annual Health Checks for People with Severe Mental Illnesses - an NHS funded project run by GRCC to increase the uptake of annual physical health checks for this group of people.
- Community Autism Support & Advice (CASA) is for all autistic adults in Gloucestershire, and their families, friends, and support networks. The service is commissioned by Gloucestershire County Council.
- Social Prescribing and Community Wellbeing in the North Cotswolds

Access Ava
GRCC has teamed up with Access Social Care, a charity that specialises in legal advice for people with social care needs, to help you access easy-to-understand health and social care information at the click of a button.
AccessAva is an online tool that helps you understand the law governing social care in England. With AccessAva, you can find out about your rights or those of a family member, friend, or neighbour, and you can complete template letters developed by expert lawyers.
