Digital & Technology Navigator (Tewkesbury Borough)

Ella-May is GRCC’s Digital & Technology Navigator for Tewkesbury Borough, supporting residents to build confidence with technology, improve their digital skills, and reduce barriers to online access. Ella's work includes giving one-to-one support, creating resources, and helping communities feel more connected through digital tools.

“I really enjoy seeing the moment when something ‘clicks’ for someone - when they realise they can do it. Technology should feel empowering, not intimidating, and I love being part of making that happen,” said Ella-May.

Before joining GRCC, Ella-May worked in video games development, and has a background in teaching, digital creativity, and community support.

Outside of work, Ella-May is an indie games developer, and enjoys crocheting, making chainmail-style jewellery, and exploring video games such as Horizon Zero Dawn and Stardew Valley.
