DAISI Gloucestershire Digital Support Drop-ins
Because we know that so many people in our communities need help using digital devices and online services, we organise and support Digital Drop-ins across Gloucestershire.
Our drop-ins are run as part of our DAISI and ACORN projects, by GRCC staff and volunteers, who can help everyone with all things digital. For example, things we can help you with include:
- setting up or using a smartphone, laptop, or tablet
- online safety and cyber-security
- using email and social media
- finding, installing, and using apps
- using essential online services such as banking, Universal Credit and Homeseeker Plus
- using NHS and health apps
- understanding broadband contracts and phone sims
And much more: we can help with everything digital that you need to be able to do in order to be an active and empowered citizen - or simply cope with life - in this digital age.
We also accept donations of used smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and chargers for refurbishment and re-distribution to those in need in Gloucestershire.

- Mondays, 12.30-1.30pm, Newent Sharing Kitchen, GL18 1BD
- Mondays, 5-7pm Young Persons' digital drop-in with Jigsaw, Gloucester, Parry Hall, GL1 4RZ
- Tuesdays, 10.30am-12.30pm, Bourton-on-the-Water, George Moore Community Centre, GL54 2AZ
- Tuesdays, 10-11am, Fairford Community Centre, GL7 4AF
- Tuesdays, 11-12.30 Gloucester Library at the City Campus, GL1 1SQ
- Wednesdays, 10.30am-noon , Fairford Community Centre, GL7 4AF
- Wednesdays, 10am-noon, Tewkesbury Baptist Church, GL20 5DR
- Thursdays, 10.30am-noon, Lechlade Baptist Church, GL7 3AW
- Fridays, 10am-noon, Longlevens Community Centre, GL2 0AJ
We have fortnightly or monthly Digital Support Drop-ins at:
Highnam, Shurdington, Ebrington, Gotherington, Stow-on-the-Wold, Northway, Tewkesbury, Churchdown, Chipping Campden, Ruspidge, Cinderford, St Oswald's Gloucester, Kingsholm Gloucester, Matson, Bishop's Cleeve and Berkeley.
