Booking procedure

Booking charges

Booking either by phone (paperwork will be sent out) or by email address as above.  Deposit may be required depending on type of event.

  • Private/individual (casual hire) daytime events up until 6pm £8.00 per hour 
  • Private/individual (casual hire) evening events from 6pm onwards £10.00 per hour
  • Voluntary and commercial groups - hire rate to be discussed upon booking enquiry
  • Pitches/Recreational Field/Changing Rooms etc. - fee negotiated at time of booking

A booking form will be emailed to the enquirer on request.

Picking up keys

Key collection will be arranged 2 days before hire date.

New hall users may be required to meet up within the week before hire to be shown around and discuss any queries the hirer may have.
