Directions
From A419 London Road in Chalford, take the turning by Christ Church called Old Neighbourhood, uphill to the crossroads near the top. Turn right into Abnash, signposted Chalford Hill and Bournes Green. Keep left into Burcombe Road and at STOP sign turn right into Middle Hill. At 5-way junction near the Millennium Bus Shelter (nearest bus stop to Church Rooms) turn left into Brantwood Road. At end turn left into Lynch Road, and Church Rooms are about 100m on the right.

Booking procedure
Booking charges
£6 per hour School Room, or meeting room upstairs. Includes use of kitchen.
£10 per hour Main Hall including use of kitchen
£12 per hour Main Hall plus School Room. Includes use of kitchen.
Use of projector and large screen free of charge.

Picking up keys
Bookings Manager to give or email the booking form (agreement) to the prospective hirer to complete. This should be handed over to the Bookings Manager with the fee (plus deposit of £10 if the hirer is a new one), whereupon a key will be loaned to the hirer.
Alternatively, the Bookings Manager will unlock the hall at the start of the event and leave the key with the hirer to return after the event.

Both entrances on ground floor, but ramp to double fire exit doors is rather steep. Handrail from gate to both entrances.
There is a step from School Room to lobby next to kitchen.
