Annual Health Checks Administrator

Summer is our Annual Physical Health Co-ordinator for Significant Mental Illness (SMI), and works within our Mental Health Team. She started her role with GRCC in June 2025. Summer liaises with GP practices, patients and other services to promote the Annual Physical Health Checks and to ensure patients on the SMI register are invited to their free health checks.

 

Summer graduated from University in 2018 and has a background in mental health nursing. She has worked in various environments including drug and alcohol services, inpatient and community services, and in the education sector.

 

Summer is very passionate about holistic health and wellbeing and is an advocate for parity of esteem and health promotion. Outside of work, Summer is also a Zumba Instructor and runs a photography studio. Her passions are for travelling and exploring new places, cooking and playing the ukulele. Summer also enjoys creating content for skincare and beauty brands on social media.
