Once provisionally booked, a Conditions of Hire form containing a booking form and invoice will be forwarded. The Booking form needs to be completed and returned to make the booking binding and the invoice needs to be paid in full at least one week prior to the event.

The Main Hall is £18.00 (inc VAT) for non residents and £15.00 (inc VAT) for residents.

The Ray Shill Room is £12.00 (inc VAT) for non residents and £10.00 (inc VAT) for residents.

Whole building £30.00 per hour (inc VAT) for non residents and £24.00 (inc VAT) for residents.

If exclusive use of the kitchen is requested then a further £18.00 will be charged.
