The hall has full insurance cover including Public Liability but hirers bringing in bouncy castle equipment or similar must get a copy of the supplier's public liability insurance so that this can be verified as current and appropriate to the hire.

The hall is licensed by Cotswold District Council for the sale of alcohol and holding of public events. The hall is also licensed with the PRS etc for the playing of live and recorded music.
