As part of our North Cotswolds Connecting Communities Project, we run a Community Information and Services Hub at Jameson Court in Moreton-in-Marsh, GL56 0EW, on the first Monday of each month, 10.30 am – 12.30 pm. At the hubs, there's a brief wellbeing walk, free refreshments, and a chance to chat with other participants plus our Social Prescribing Link Workers and staff and volunteers from other support organisations. There is usually a visiting speaker on a particular topic such as dementia care, debt advice, health lifestyles, mental health support etc.  For more information about the forthcoming hubs, please see the poster below or email info@grcc.org.uk.
