The Know Your Patch (KYP) Networks are based in each district of Gloucestershire and are hosted by local VCSE organisations. 

GRCC hosts the KYP Networks in Cheltenham and Cotswold districts. 

These are multi-sector networks for anyone working to support older people and vulnerable adults to maintain independence and wellbeing.
