Emma Eccleston

Tech & Digital Inclusion Social Prescribing Link Worker (North Cotswolds)

Emma is our Technology & Digital Inclusion Social Prescribing Link Worker for the North Cotswolds, and her role is a partnership between GRCC and the North Cotswolds Primary Care Network, which consists of five GP Practices - Chipping Campden Surgery, Cotswold Medical Practice, Mann Cottage Surgery, Stow Surgery, and White House Surgery.

"My aim is to improve health for patients using digital technology," said Emma. "For example, using the NHS app, support with smart devices such as Amazon Alexa, and learning how to use smartphones and other digital devices for health-related tasks."

Emma's previous roles at GRCC have included supporting the Community Autism Support and Advice (CASA) service as part of our Autism and Mental Health team, and co-ordinating the DAISI Digital Triage Service as part of our Digital Equity team.

When not at work, Emma enjoys being outside, walking, and spending time with her family.
