Angela Gilbert

Community Development Team Manager

Angela Gilbert joined GRCC in 2016, with a background firmly rooted in the voluntary sector, having held roles with national and local voluntary organisations, latterly with GAVCA as Support Services Manager.

Angela's previous roles have included community development, youth work, developing national programmes and policy, designing and delivering training, leading and managing organisations, and volunteer development.

With over 25 years of experience within the voluntary sector, Angela now uses her skills and knowledge to support community and voluntary sector organisations througout Gloucestershire, and manages our Community Development Team.
