Dominic Manester

Autism Peer Worker (CASA)

Dominic joined GRCC in 2026 as the Autism Peer Worker within our Community Autism Support and Advice (CASA) team. He facilitates CASA's Gloucester and Forest of Dean drop-ins, as well as doing some one-to-one work with clients.

"At the drop-ins, I work quite hard to ensure that attendees have an inclusive, enjoyable, and meaningful experience," said Dominic. "My responsibilities involve organising activities and fun quizzes, as well as providing the occasional baked goods!"

"Recently I have also started to do one-to-one work with clients, processing assessments as well as signposting them to community support."

"My work with CASA so far has been incredibly rewarding. One of my goals is to highlight the positive personal stories of our attendees, to celebrate their achievements and to inspire others to take that first step in their recovery and development."

Outside of work, Dominic loves baking, researching new topics, and occasionally playing industrial automation video games.
