Head of Operations and Business Development

Barbara joined GRCC in 2004 working part-time as a Village and Community Hall Adviser. In 2016 she was offered a full time role as Community Advice and Consultancy Manager, and is now a member of the senior leadership team at GRCC as Head of Operations and Business Development.

Barbara has a background in the arts, sales, and management, providing a strong foundation for working with people.

As Head of Operations and Business Development, Barbara is involved in aspects of GRCC, including governance, business planning, project management, policy, and business development.
