Quality Standards

GRCC is committed to providing high quality services and support to the people we work with so we make sure that we meet nationally recognised quality assurance standards.

We adhere to the Good Practice Quality standards put in place by our national partner, ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England) working at the highest level 3 and addressing the following, including legal requirements as agreed with The Charity Commission.

GRCC holds the externally accredited ISO 9001 Mark which confirms our commitment to ensuring that our systems and processes are efficient and effective.  We are assessed on the following areas:
