This is an exciting time to come and join us here at Independence Trust.  As a member of the Peer Support Team in our CALMHS Service you will be responsible for building a robust, person-centred Peer Network across the county.  You will work closely with the client group in supporting them to build networks of support that reduce reliance on countywide Mental Health Services.  You will work co-productively with the clients and their support network, supporting them to achieve positive outcomes within the community.
