Three new grant programmes launched for business and community projects in Tewkesbury Borough!

Tewkesbury Borough Council successfully applied for Levelling Up funding through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and Rural England Prosperity Fund (REPF).  The UKSPF replaces the European Regional Development Fund and European Social Fund, with all areas of the UK receiving an allocation.

Under the selected interventions in the Borough's UKSPF Investment Plan and REPF Addendum Plan, the following Business and Community Capital Grant Schemes are now launching for 2023-2024:

  1. REPF - Rural Business Grant Scheme - small scale investment in micro and small enterprises in rural areas
  2. REPF - Community Grant Scheme - enhancing existing cultural, historic, and heritage institutions that make up[ the local cultural heritage offer by supporting the development, restoration or refurbishment of local natural, cultural and heritage assets and sites
  3. UKSPF / REPF - Community Grant Scheme - capacity building and infrastructure support for village and community halls by supporting the provision of Net Zero 'infrastructure for rural communities and funding for community spaces, focusing on energy efficiency
