Price is Right – Your Guide to Full Cost Recovery

Our second training course this autumn is the Price is Right – your guide to full cost recovery. This article previews the course and what you can expect from it.

We all know the importance of cost recovery and setting your annual budget especially as a VCS organisation but, do you know how to do this in a successful way?

Angela Gilbert leads this workshop that will give you the tools to achieve full cost recovery. This workshop is ideal for those new or inexperienced to setting budgets, charging for services or making funding applications.

Three main areas will be covered in this course:

·         How to work out the full costs of running your organisation

·         Using FCR when setting your annual budget

·         Using FCR when making funding applications or generating an income from your services

The course is £60 (incl VAT) but there are bursaries available for voluntary and community sector organisations in Gloucestershire with an annual income of under £350k.

The course will be held at the GRCC offices in Gloucester which is in the grounds of Gloucester Cathedral. The first training training and development workshop on Writing a Great Funding bid was a sold out event and was well received by attendees. Read the review of the session here.
