Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival

The Cheltenham Wellbeing festival is set to take place between the 9th and 15th September with the overlying mission of revolutionising wellbeing.

The festival aims to open attendee’s eyes to new wellbeing and health opportunities that are available to them as well as help them to explore and test these new avenues. The festival wants you be inspired, educated and revitalised.

The main stage will host a number of inspiring talks on each of the week days with workshops available on the weekend days. The talks cover a variety of subjects such as mental health, nutrition and body image. With celebrity speakers such as Dr Dawn Harper (TV Doctor), Laura Mahon & Deborah James (You, Me and the Big C BBC Five Live Podcast), Nichi Hodgson (Journalist and Author) and many more, the line-up is stacked full.

The In Conversation series brings people in form various areas of wellbeing to share their knowledge and experience and will be very beneficial to attend these. A Monk’s Guide to happiness, Mastering Money and Positive Parenting are highlights amongst a great line up.

In addition to these scheduled talks, there are also a variety of workshops available to attend and take part in and participants are encouraged to have create, learn and have fun.
