RUSTIK (Rural Sustainability Transitions through Integration of Knowledge for improved policy processes) is a four-year international, transdisciplinary research project aiming to enable rural communities’ actors and policy makers to design better strategies, initiatives and policies fostering sustainability transitions of rural areas.

GRCC in partnership with CCRI (Countryside Community Research Institute – University of Gloucestershire) is the only VCS organisation to represent the UK in the RUSTIK project.    Now in its third year, RUSTIK focuses on how rural communities need to adapt and influence policy on digital equity.

RUSTIK receives funding from UK Research and Innovation.
