Infrastructure Priority Plans (IPPs)

We can help your community to determine its local infrastructure needs based on community consultation and fact finding. This will help you to shape your priorities and provide tangible projects which could be funded through developer contributions such as Section 106 or Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).

To develop an IPP you’ll need to form a steering group of volunteers from your community who will work with your Parish or Town Council to research and put the plan together.

How GRCC can help

GRCC can advise and support you in consulting with your community, fact-finding to understand your existing infrastructure and deciding on future priorities.  This plan could be used as a building block to produce a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP).
