Commission GRCC bespoke support

- when your organisation needs that little bit more...

Sometimes you need more than is on offer from a training course, workshop or networking event. You may want your whole team to be involved in certain training, may need meeting facilitation or in-depth help and support on certain issues.

GRCC's specialist, experienced Community Advice Team is on hand to help you along, and has experience of providing support across England as a Big Assist consultant and a Village SOS consultant.  If necessary we can help you source funding to purchase our support.

Contact info@grcc.org.uk or call 01452 528491 to register your interest and request a conversation.

What kind of support can GRCC provide?

  • Independent facilitation service - for team days and meetings, community consultations and events to help your planning process
  • Governance training - whole Board governance training ensures common understanding of roles, responsibilities and reflection on Board performance
  • Self assessment, health checks, skills audits and succession planning - combining our data analysis and advice functions at GRCC
  • Policy and procedures review/audit - we can come to you and go through your policies to assess gaps and work with you on changes
  • Policy writing: some groups just want to 'sort out' one or two policies.  With GRCC support, by the end of the day policies are written or reviewed and amended - with full input from your selected staff
  • Data analysis: GRCC has gathered and analysed surveys for research projects with the University of Gloucestershire and GFirst as well as local surveys for parish councils and voluntary organisations. Using our specialist survey software (SNAP) enables the quick and accurate scanning and analysis of data, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual data entry. We can produce paper questionnaires, online surveys or a mixture or both

And there's more ... Talk to us about your needs and we'll always try to help.
