The Village Hall consists of two rentable areas.  Full hire rate, for all commercial rentals of the hall, is:

  • Main Hall £16 per hour
  • Community Room £12 per hour

Residents of Upper Rissington using the hall for family or personal events will receive a 25% discount:

  • Main Hall £12 per hour
  • Community Room £9 per hour

For charity and community non-profit events there is a 50% discount:

  • Main Hall £8 per hour
  • Community Room £6 per hour

Hired use of the foyer, showers and kitchen can be arranged.  Please contact the venue to discuss.

Picking up keys

The hirer will be given a code for the 'key box' outside the hall doorway, which will be valid for the period of the hire.

The kitchen is well fitted out:

  • limited number of plates, cups and saucers, knives and forks

The facilities are not suited to cooking food but can be used to reheat food.

Hirers who use the Hall for private events, to which the public are not invited nor entrance payment is charged, are covered by the Hall's insurance.

Hirers who charge for entrance or for participation in their activities shall provide their own insurance cover for their public liabilities and shall indemnify the Committee for the cost of repair of any damage done to any part of the property including the curtilage thereof or the contents of the building during the period of the hiring as a result of an act or omission to act by the hirer.
