Brief summary of the hall

The main building was opened at the end of March 2009 containing a large hall, meeting room and large kitchen.  All parts of the building are on one level.  There is ample parking and there is a 17m x 6m terrace at the rear of the hall.  The hall sits in one and a half acres of ground with wonderful views.

Opened in 2020, the new Annexe has its own entrance, kitchen and facilities.  It is aimed at groups of up to 65 people for meetings, sports and communal activities.  It is equipped with a sound and vision system, a DVD player and a hearing loop.

Directions

FROM M5 JUNCTION 9: follow A46 signed Evesham for 4 miles. At roundabout take B4077 for 5 miles. After entering village, new Village Hall is on the right before the school.

FROM WINCHCOMBE: take the Broadway Road to Toddington and at the roundabout turn left. Hall is the last building on the left.

The Main Hall has a large kitchen with a large 3 phase range cooker and commercial dishwasher.  The kitchen links into the main hall with a large hatch which acts as a servery.

The Meeting Room has its own work top and sink unit for use when a bar is set up.

Annexe

The Annexe has a small kitchen equipped with 2 sinks, fridge, instant hot water dispenser, crockery, etc. for drinks and snack preparation.

Annexe

The self-contained Annexe is 9m x 8m with its own entrance and kitchen.

Up to 65 people can be accommodated depending on the table and chair layout.

It is ideal for meetings, presentations or small gatherings.  It is equipped with Audio Visual equipment including:

Main Hall

Heating is by Ground Source Heat Pump. Solar panels supply some of the electricity requirement and the data collected is used as an education resource. Rainwater is stored and used to flush toilets. Light tubes provide free illumination to inside corridor and extracted air is used to heat incoming air replacement.
