Gloucestershire Village and Community Agents Manager

Kate joined GRCC in 2006 to manage the pilot stage of the original Village Agents Project. The scheme was mainstreamed as a service in 2008 and she now manages the 38 Agents who make up the countywide Gloucestershire Village and Community Agents team. Kate is responsible for the day to day management, training & performance monitoring of the agents, publicity and liaison with partner agencies.
