Quality standards
GRCC is continually striving to improve its effectiveness and to demonstrate its performance against nationally recognised and externally assessed quality assurance standards.
GRCC is an Investor In People organisation, with our last assessment successfully completed in 2010.
We also hold the highest level of the ACRE Good Practice Quality Standard (Level 3) which entitled us to display the Charity Commission logo for the Hallmark of an Effective Charity. The ACRE quality standard is also recognised by Defra and demonstrates the organisation’s obligation to consistently review its operational procedures across all areas of the organisation, including business planning, financial management, supporting staff and monitoring and evaluating our work. It therefore provides the assurance that GRCC is fit for purpose and effectively managed.
