Gloucestershire Rural Community Council

Supporting Gloucestershire's rural communities through change

Performance Improvement

GRCC’s Performance Improvement For All (PIFA) Project aims to help voluntary and community organisations in both rural and urban Gloucestershire to examine and improve their performance.

We do this through a number of practical measures such as:

Advice on streamlining your policies and procedures

Helping you to decide which quality standard, if any, would be most appropriate for your organisation

Mentoring and coaching through the process of achieving a quality standard

Awarding a small bursary to organisations working with us to gain an accredited quality standard

Providing free specialist consultancy on issues which need to be addressed such as HR or IT

It is not necessary for the organisation to be working to an accredited standard to receive support, and the support is provided free of charge.

The level and type of support you need will be determined by the size of your organisation, the quality standard system you choose and the guidance that comes with the system.
