Health, Safety, Security and Licensing

This part of the hallmark scheme focuses on the relevant risk assessments; licensing arrangements both for entertainment, sale of alcohol and music; health & safety; health & hygiene; security; fire risk assessments; i.e. the management committees duty of care in protecting its users, volunteers and employees.

It is not possible to receive a Hallmark 2 award unless Hallmark 1 has already been awarded.
