Strategic Housing Market Assessment

The six local planning and housing authorities in Gloucestershire are required to carry out a Strategic Housing Market Assessment as part of each Local Development Framework, which is due to be published in Spring 2009.

This substantial report will provide substantive information on the housing needs county-wide. Further information will be provided in due course.
