The landowners' forum, organised by GRCC and sponsored by Two Rivers Housing, was heralded a great success by the organisation's rural housing enablers Sinead Lantelli and Laura Mills.

Over 50 people attended the packed-out event at Maisemore Village Hall to meet planning officers and land agents, and find out more about affordable housing in Gloucestershire.

Attendees were full of praise for the well-organised conference with one commenting: "The forum was useful and I am grateful for the opportunity to say my piece."

A follow-up report will be produced with the aim of producing a landowners' charter for the summer.
