Attention land owners!

Strutt & Parker and Rural Solutions have produced a practical guide to help land owners understand the process of delivering affordable rural housing on rural exception sites.

Rural Exception Sites are small plots of land on the periphery of small towns and villages which cannot usually be developed, but can be developed with affordable homes to meet the needs of people living, working, or with close family ties in the locality.

For more information visit Strutt and Parker's website.

If you are a land owner and wish to talk about a potential development opportunity, get in touch with GRCC's Rural Housing Enabler Martin Hutchings martinh@grcc.org.uk or Community-led Affordable Housing Enabler Lois Taylor loist@grcc.org.uk, or call 01452 528491.
