GRCC is a charity established in 1923. We:
- Work in partnership with individuals and organisations and seek to influence policy makers at local, regional and national level
- Engage with the rural communities of Gloucestershire by providing funding advice, supporting parish and community plans and setting up new projects
- Carry out research and analysis to underpin and advise our own work
