Charity Administration and Management

Hallmark 1 concentrates on how your management committee works (with reference to charity law), your AGM, how your committee meeting minutes are recorded, and accounts.

It also illustrates good practice and demonstrates that the management committee is fulfilling their legal responsibility around hiring agreements booking procedures and what insurance is in place.

Checklists are sent to each hall management committee so that you can see the likely questions you will get asked and evidence you will need to provide at the Hallmark assessment. A copy of your constitution and latest accounts will need to be provided in advance.
