The GRCC InTouch project have organised a series of information days concerning the changes taking place in 2010 to how health and social care services are received. Details of this new system ‘Putting People First’ will be available at our free events taking place across the county, the day will also focus upon getting the best out of life in later years. The day is completely free and includes refreshments and lunch. See below for events in your area -
