Performance Improvement breakfast and light lunch events
GRCC Performance Improvement for All Project (PIFA):
A Big Lottery funded project
Background
Over the past four years, the government has invested heavily in the development of quality standards for the voluntary and community sector. Funders in Gloucestershire and beyond are becoming more aware of the range of quality standards on offer and are beginning to ask for evidence that the organisations they fund are attaining or working towards these standards.
But how do you make decisions about which standard is best for your organisation? What is involved and how much does it cost? What are the different ways of approaching the process? What are the benefits?
The project
The GRCC Big Lottery Funded PIFA Project (Performance Improvement for All) offers mentoring and coaching support for voluntary and community sector organisations throughout Gloucestershire to improve performance and gain accredited quality standards.
A small bursary is available for organisations working with the PIFA Project.
