Quality Standards
GRCC is continually striving to improve its effectiveness and to demonstrate its performance against nationally recognised quality assurance standards.
We were proud to be the first RCC to achieve Level 3 of the ACRE Good Practice Quality Standards, the highest possible status. This standard, recognised by Defra, demonstrates the organisation’s obligation to consistently monitor and evaluate its operational procedures, providing the assurance that GRCC is fit for purpose and effectively managed.
GRCC was re-assessed against the IiP (Investors in People) standard in July 2007 and kept the standard ‘without reservation’.
We are determined to build upon our commitment to performance improvement through the use of external re-assessment and are currently working towards PQASSO (Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations), a quality standard introduced specifically for the third sector.
